Looked like a piece of shit to me... epic 1/2 ROM on the inclines (I only watched up to the set with 405)...right arm looked like it had zero muscle movement to it (hmmm)....no thanks.

Wouldn't your first statement actually be true if it mattered to the person critiquing his form? In this case, I did put forth a critique of his form, and in a million years would not want to look like he does. So, if it's working for him, that's fine. But I also don't really see him going too much further with his current look. With the last part said, he could probably make better improvements if he trained a little different. Not to say he would look better or worse than anyone on the board...just stating I think if he changed things up from what he is doing now, he'll look better.

Why do you say that, and really, what do you mean by it?
I'm not saying he'll lose the gut, and suddenly look like Ronnie a la 99...but I think he could improve upon what he has currently and maybe be more appealing to the judging panel.

Yes, if he hires Hiney Ramrod and gets a few bottles of Cytadren which GetItOnNY said was missing from his program. ::) :D

The Kre-Alkalyn and Waxy Maize is working great but he needs the Cytadren also.

Yes waxy maize is the key for huge shredded muscle. I heard that was what Jay changed about his program this year.

Robert WILL WIN NATIONALS!!!!.We had Robert at our booth at Mr Olympia Expo, and Jim Manion himself said, if Robert naild his conditioning, he doesnt think any amateur can beat him.
Trey Brewer came by the booth and took a pic with Robert,lol....Robert Made Trey look like a middelweight.
Robert would have won the USA, but he had a infection, so he was on anitbiotice, which made him hold water.We got his diet in check, Robert will be 260lbs plus and hard as nails on stage
Trust me, when Robert steps on stage at nationals, nobody is going to touch him, is size or conditioning.He is a genetice freak, 24" arms, 22" calves,and 32-33" thighs.
The crazy thing is he has only been bodybuilding for 3 years, he was a strong man before.
Mark Philippe who is a really good friend of mine, knows Robert, and was shocked, how fast he made a transition.Robert is only 30 years old so he hasnt even hit his prime yet, trust me, even Dave Palumbo said, he is going to make a great pro.
On another note, the guy training with Robert, is from Poland, beleive it or not, that guy is a 700lb bencher.By looking at him he just looks like a thick guy, but he is crazy strong

 the difference is whether he is training the movement or the target muscle.. there is a difference between full range of motion for the MOVEMENT and full range for the MUSCLE..  to lock out takes the stress to the tris and not the pecs.. to go all the way down puts the shoulders in a bad position and can over stretch the shoulder capsule.. so the pecs are heavily activated in the mid range.. so why train the other ranges?? if it we were a contest to see who can incline the most you would have to judge it on the complete range of motion for the movement.. since we are just trying to activate the pecs why bring weaker muscle groups in the movement to limit poundage??..
