Tiny waist!

Would be nice to see a Mr O with a waist like this, oh well i guess wide waist is the new trend!  Crazy how Toney can be almost 300lbs with what looks to be 28" waist

Oh and the reasoning as to why Toney was not as tight as he usually is:


Toney Freeman:
I busted my knee on Thursday on the coffee table Ouch! the treatment blured my conditioning on Friday!
I was a lot better on Sat. $#|+ Happens!!

Melvin prolly doesn't have that 28 inch waist anymore. He looked like he had that back when he won the NOC, when he was claiming a 26 inch waist

Legit 26-27 inch waist was Brian Buchanan, followed by Flex, who "claimed" 27 inches, and think that was at his Arnold classic weight of 216 pounds. Melvin does have small waist, and he is 5'8, but I doubt the 28 inches now since he typically is not in shape, and when blew peoples minds when he placed 5th in 2005, he had a gut.

Toney at least keeps a tight waist. Could do without his trunks pulled up his ass crack.

I believe he said his waist is 33" in an interview with Layne Norton.
