Look at it like this. Most people wouldn't even be able to come to get big and say they felt a little fat. You are obviously doing pretty good.

You are not fat. You have solid muscle mass there under fat.
But, I recommend you to cut up once no matter how small you become.
Just You can recuperate your mass without fat easily.
Tight skin, solid abs with big muscle= Feel good.
