Is Phil Heath is skipping the Arnold (again)?
« on: October 05, 2009, 08:12:10 PM »
22 weeks to the Arnold...

He said right after the O that he'll do the Arnold (against Dex, Branch, and Kai).

Tonight on PBW - Said he's using this time to reflect on it.

Gonna meet up with hany R this weekend and get his 2 cents

If competes in 2010 ASC, I pretty much confidant of him that we will win no matter who will be there except for jay and I don’t think Jay will show up even I would love to.

BTW Phil 5th place finish is nothing to judge Phil on! The guy destroyed all of Kai, Dex & Branch at the finals, but unfortunately his pre-judging show/scores hurt his placing.

No Matter where he placed, Phil is the 2nd best bodybuilder out there right after Jay.

This year’s Olympia has changed a lot; I am a fan of Jay, Phil, Kai & Branch on that order!

After this years O I think he see's things in a different light. I think he'll go Ironman then the O. He's not gonna win the ASC.
He needs to do the Flex Wheeler thing. Use the Ironman as a tune up for the Arnold. Why do think Flex was always better at the Arnold than at the Ironman. He used it as a gauge foe himself.

jealousy is a very ugly thing, it must be hard for people like you to exist knowing you will never have even a little bit of success compared to someone like Phil Heath.

He should do it.

1. He is maxed out on size (or he wll permanently fuck himself up with size on his waist)
2. If he comes in shape he wins the show

a 100% super shredded Phil will win against everyone but Cutlaz  8)

Very similar to how Arnold S. himself always talked about getting into shape for a contest and aim to do so about a week out from the contest itself. Then, the week before you spend all day posing and acting like you were in the contest, and keep on plan. Arnold said "I found out that I got in shape for a contest, by doing a contest."

I know amateurs who are paid 30k

200k might be a stretch but I'd believe 100-120k

100-120k I can believe, 200k is way too high to be realistic.

Like I said close to it, and even with what you quoted eliminates any need for fag4pay work..

Well I'm basing that figure off of what VM is paid by MHP, and I'm sure Weider would like to upstage their competitors...  And again I said close to 200K, not exactly that amount.  And with whatever he is paid, I doubt he will be able to sit out of the Arnold next year..
