where do you buy your clothes at.  You're short and thick so i imagine you have to wear shit that is baggy.

pretty dramatic gain. i didn't realize you are still improving.  how's the squat program?  you know i think that's the key to your pro card right?

lets see how much your kitchen has improved in that time!! ;D ;D ;

seriously, that is solid growth. i would really like to see you get your pro card.

Your ego has remained obnoxiously consistent, tho. Maybe try to improve on that?

Thanks bro, and squats are coming along nicely im up to 4 plates a side now for 12 reps.  I just started squatting in the off season of 2008, and that has helped me pack ob a bit of size to my legs over a short period of time.  If only had been doing squats since 2005 im sure my legs would look much better then they do now. I'll just keep plugging away at it.

Increasing the dosage is the key to greater size gains.

and food intake reaching the inevetable point where somethings got to give and i dont mean muscles just keep getting bigger, think prostate cancer from higher than normal /super high testosterone

405 for 12 reps?  Wow impressive stuff.

...is that below parallell or 'sissy squats?'

i go parallel, but i use the smith machine like Jay Cutler does.  i think it allows you to focus more on the quads, vs free weight where a lot of your hips and abs/core have to come into play, which can contribute to thickening the muscle around your core, making your waist bigger.

Good work, you gained some serious size.  What did you weigh in those shots?

Your dad was born in Africa, and you didn't know Dubai wasn't in India.  He must be so proud of you!  ::)

I hear what Matt's trying to say, and if he feels smith machine squats are better for HIM, then I wouldn't argue.
However, it sounds a little too much like an excuse as to not go HARD on leg day.

Regular squat is king.
