Small/fat juicers
or are they pathetic or not?

Do they deserve respect or not?

lol, no way.

I see this guys in the gym all the time, they blow up in 3 months, then shrink down to nothing because they don't train right and eat right, then BOOM! they blow up again.
It's never quality you see, just some bloat and great pump.

i think it's pathetic. There's about 2 guys in my gym that juice, put effort in their workouts, are lean and train legs as well. All the others are like the above mentioned.

Sevaste(he cant train without juice)
Benchmstr (Juicing and Gyno removal already as a teenager)
Matt T(hardcore juicer from Dubai)
Xfactor(claim natural until outed, dont know how he looks off)

Do they deserve to be mocked or praised?

Is this natural guy(in the b&w pic) inferior to them,
because he is smaller than them
when they are ON?

I know what you're saying but in Craig's case I have to admit that he didn't shrink as much as I thought he would. I mean, a prison diet has to be crap for bodybuilding but when I see how much others have shrunk the murderer doesn't look so bad. Still looks like a bad ass. If I stopped training and eating right (not missing any meals) in about a month I'd look like a Cambodian refugee right out of the Pol Pot regime. I'd kick sand in my own face.

I think you'd be surprised how well your body retains the muscle, if you're natural that is. After a while you lose some muscle tone but if you get the calories in (doesn't have to be "healthy" calories") you keep most of the muscle mass.

I just came back from a 4 month stay in america where I didn't get much opportunity to workout at all and ate crap pretty much all the time. Now when I'm back I still have almost all of my previous strength and size.
