Branch was written off after 2006 and he's doing well these days

I think you'll be eating those words pretty soon...Someone with as a good a basic structure as wolf always has a shot if they prep right. This year he certainly did not prep right.

I bet he could have dieted another month and gotten top 4 at the O. he just didn't repeat his conditioning. with 15 new pounds on him, was anyone surprised?

This is what happens when you work with Chad, he ruins you. Wolf needs to get some calves and thicken up his back. Milos was great with his prep. Go back to Milos Dennis.

If Wolf can regain his 2007 shape Heath isn't even a threat to him, it's no contest.

Problem is we don't even know what's really wrong with Dennis, if Chad has burned him out half to death within the past 24 months, or maybe his hernia surgery has affected him more than he's willing to confess. Not sure if there's a way back for him, it's up to Milos to save him.

I agree. He's gotta nail it like at the 08 Ironman. People talk about width but the difference between Dex and Phil is not really that much. He is really the most muscled guy in the show behind Kai but he has a more pleasing shape and can come as conditioned as Kai at 100%. I don't think Wolf is done but if he screws this one up I think he will hang up the trunks and call it a day. Needs to come to the states and train with Milos and pound those calves like Arnold did to make his huge and even out other parts.

I don’t think the calves are issue for Dennis wolf. Both Ronnie and Dexter don’t have calves, yet they have won the big O!

Dennis shall work on his lower back and condition and then we will see what he can do with Phil, Kai, Branch & Dexter..

the difference between dexter and wolf is, that they will always be looking for the weakpoints on wolf because they need a reason to avoid a russian via germany mr O

The potential line-ups now involving the battle between Phil, Kai, Dexter, Branch, Victor, Wolf, Cutler etc are bringing back the glory days for bodybuilding like the mid-nineties when Dorian ruled. We have some proper contests again unlike the years when Coleman was winning easily because he had no real competition.

However, Dennis Wolf doesn’t have to be perfect to win the O or ASC, he just needs to do his maximum efforts to bring his best showing physique at each contest he enters to be the winner in the eyes of most BB fans!!

thats a joke , coleman dominated the current camp as well as he crushed the only guys considered a threat to him by dy himself in 98 (flex, levrone and nasser)

I agree with you in most of what you said. However, I don’t think Victor is a contender any more, he will never have great legs and that is enough to not ever win the O neither the ASC ..
