How the hell did he become this??? He used to be so massive, in comparison to his old pics. Seriously how does this happen, is it from drug abuse?

He couldn't stop binge eating..the guy literally looked pregnant in person, I ran into him about 5-6 times at a supermarket over the period of 3 years and knew him from partying/clubs, he could never get rid of that pregnant look even when he was under 7% bf.

But why did his arms and legs and cheat shrink? His triceps are non exisitent.

Palumboism 101; the torso gradually become bigger and organs grow and expand, the limbs seem to stop growing and shrink/shrivel up...we've seen it on a ton of guys... palumbo, kovacs, kamali , etc.

I don't get why it shrinks your limbs (looks almost like paralysis) and expands your torso (causes major organ growth) so the guts and everything around them (heart, kidneys, liver, etc) just all push outwards.

i think what they should do when that happen,, stop all drugs, get on clen and t3 and 1500 calorie diet until they are nothing, take a year break no training no 7k diet no drugs... then start all over, TOTAL REBUILD

The damage is already done. To my knowledge once your ogans grow like that they wont shrink, someone please correct me if Im wrong.

look at the pics his gut is going out from the side and everywhere,, drugs may make organs grow but i think not that much.. i think palumboism is due to.. you know when you eat like a pig and you feel fucking bloated with your stomach going out? these guys have that feeling months and months non stop when growing and eating like 8k calories per day, so their body get used to that and adapt to it ie: big gut for alot of food.. i think THATS what causing the big gut we see today.. not gh.. because if organs inside would get so big that it expend the waist, they would have way worse health problems than having a big waist,, my 2cents

Nah, palumbo has always stayed pretty lean, he is the archetype of the syndrome. It isn't from overeating

He was something like 385 in these pictures. Say what you will about him compared to his previous showings, but he was absolutely huge in the above photograph. In the photos below, put next to Gunter and it is almost as if he is making 265 pound Gunter look as if he doesn't even work out.
