Honestly, looking at these photos my first response is WTF! But as I am going through the thread and come to this picture where he basically looks like an old fat guy and you wouldnt ever know he lifted, I feel sorry for the guy. Yeah I know he did it to himself but he just looks like one sad dude. He probably isnt feelin to hot on a day to day basis either. Livin the dream baby!

whats sad about kovacks.. is muscle mag(96-99) pimped the hell out of him due to muscle tech.. i always thought as a 16yr old "wow this guy is huge" now he looks like complete garbage that has been shitten on.. poor guy deserves better then suicide.

Greg Kovaks should cancel his gym membership and never look back. He should also probably go vegan and stay far away from excessive amounts of protein...that is, if he wants to live to see 50.
