In fact the first succubus was a female, it was Lillith, Eve's predesuccessor. She came before any incubus.ha, hahahahahha. See what happens to Goths who read one too many Anne rice books and now trying to live their lives thru Twilight and then they become parents!!!
I suppose I could go to town on the mediocre writing skillz and the Dan Brown/James Patterson-like marketing of these books, but I'm just kinda glad, in this day of video game/movie/tv alternatives, people are still reading, you know? A hollow victory, but a victory, nonetheless.

True, I agree. He'll I have a series of books of this chick who is black vampire slayer who falls in love with a Mexican version of Lestat. Of course the girl is virgin and is attracted this dark broading creature. 5 books I read, and felt like a sucker
after reading it. I mean, I have the Marquis de Sade's Justine, Philosophy in the Bedroom, and Other Writings, yet I was caught up in Anne Rice lite.

I  yearn for the days of Tom Clancy like writing.

;D  Nowadays if you can think of it there are some sick fucks practicing it.  LMAO!  What's next?

Differing approaches to sexuality have been a source of controversy and conflict in furry fandom.[citation needed] Examples of sexual aspects within furry fandom include erotic art and furry-themed cybersex.[47][48] The term "yiff" is most commonly used to indicate sexual activity or sexual material within the fandom—this applies to sexual activity and interaction within the subculture whether online (in the form of cybersex) or offline.[49][50] Many members of the furry community feel that the overly sexual component gives the rest of them a bad name, and may use the derogatory term "furvert" to describe such people.[citation needed]

The majority of furries report a non-judgmental attitude towards certain aspects of sexuality and a high tolerance for variety in sexual orientation and activity[citation needed]. 19-25% of the fandom members report homosexuality, 37-48% bisexuality, and 3-8% other forms of alternative sexual relationships. About 2% state an interest in zoophilia, and less than 1% an interest in plushophilia.[26][51] Initial figures were collected by David J. Rust in 1997, but further research has been conducted to update these findings. About half of furry fans are estimated to be in a relationship, with 76% of those having a relationship with another furry.[26][51]

Furry characters are sometimes associated with paraphilias, with online communities dedicated to art and stories featuring macrophilia, vorarephilia, infantilism (babyfurs) and maiesiophilia, among others.[52][53][54] Some fans argue that various paraphilias normally considered illegal in certain jurisdictions, such as pedophilia or extreme pornography, are legal when no humans are depicted. This is, however, the subject of debate. Softpaw Magazine, an erotic "cub" fan magazine, has been banned by furry conventions Eurofurence and Further Confusion due to fear of legal action.[5

Yeah! His early stuff was aces! Really tight and rigorous. I remember being actually thrilled (no homo) by The Cardinal in the Kremlin. Now I hear he just licenses out his name.  :-\

just google Huckleberry Ann or the artist of that comic Jay Naylor, you'll be surprised or shocked. Is it really zoophilia if one has sex with a horse that looks human (the werewolf connotation)

I read The Cardinal in 6th grade, I was hooked. Then I wa reading Langston Hughes and Maya Angelou and Bebe Moore, I then returned back to Tom Clancy, then Anne Rice and her Taltos series and her Feast of All Saints

Now I find that if I go to Barnes and Noble or Borders, international car magazines have better writing that most novels today. My mom has read those DAMN  Harlequin books for over 30 yrs, and they are written on like a 5th grade level.

hahahahahahah
There are the incubus and the succubus (female versions). I agree with you. But if you look at way Hollywood has portrayed them as highly sexualized pasty skinned skinny twinks, in the goth vain, it's almost the anti-thesis of what is manly or what has been portrayed as manly.

In fact the first succubus was a female, it was Lillith, Eve's predesuccessor. She came before any incubus.ha, hahahahahha. See what happens to Goths who read one too many Anne rice books and now trying to live their lives thru Twilight and then they become parents!!!

you know a lot...

haha, the latino four have all of their abs airbrushed on.
It's a testament to what horrid genetics they have.  Even with fierce airbrushing, not a decent six pack in sight. :)

Stay the course, bro. There's good stuff out there. Just gotta look for it, or wait for it to get filtered back to you. I'm gonna see Orhan Pamuk (Turkish), Adam Thorpe (British) and Ian Rankin (Scottish) in the next few weeks. I'm chuffed!

What happens to a dream deferred?

Does it dry up
like a raisin in the sun?

Or fester like a sore--
And then run?
Does it stink like rotten meat?
Or crust and sugar over--
like a syrupy sweet?

Maybe it just sags
like a heavy load.

Or does it explode?

There was this book I picked while serving jury duty, it was donated, forgot the author, but the premise was that China had taken over the world and it was divided into "Kingdoms", does it ring a bell? It was like from the mid 90s
