Very easy, just fry some mushrooms, onions, peppers, eggplant, cherry tomatoes in oil. Put away the fried veggies. Then fry some codfish and shrimps and add the veggies again. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper.
Second pic looks kind of funky but the dog doesn't look too bad.
It's very common to boil them in beer and onions, then grill them and put them back in the beer to stay warm. Then serve with sauerkraut.
