I'm tired of over-complicating things.
I feel it will also benefit my lack of willpower
it works better than anything i have done in the past
i no longer watch the clock, or eat every 3 hours
just get in my protein, water, vit/min
lift hard
i also eat as many carbs as possible while staying in my calorie range
last week for example i lost 1.5lbs of fat and 0.0 lbs of lean mass(this has more to do with carbs than protein as carbs will spare catabolism more than protein)
