  I have been a fan of MMA since the first UFC back in 1993. I have watched pretty much every relevant fight from all fighting organizations since.

  Of all the fights I've ever see, this one was the greatest. It happened in PRIDE FC in 2005, for the heavyweight title, between Fedor and Crocop. This was also Fedor's toughest fight ever. He walked all over Nog twice, but he had to sweat and lose blood to defeat Mirko. He is, after all, the greatest leg striker ever and easily one of the top 5 hand striker as well. I remember that I bought the event on pay-per-view with one month left to the fight day, and it was worth every penny.

Lol, you can't compare the washed up Crocop that fights today in the UFC with prime Crocop. Mirko is shit compared to what he used to be. A prime Crocop would easily defeat all of the current UFC heavyweights with the possible exception of Brock.

listen, I'm a huge CroCop fan but he was on his bicycle during a good majority of that fight

the greatest fight I ever saw was sakuraba vs newton in PRIDE 5 (I'm not sure it was 5 but it was a early PRIDE)

Wrong, this is the greatest fight ever, its never shown due to Mcclellan getting brain damage from it, Benn the Super Middle weight champ and British, vs the biggest puncher in boxing and the amercan middleweight champ mclellan, mccellan collapses in the ring at the end of the fight.

Yeah, I'm sort of at a loss for words. I would think that prior to his fight had he known this would be the result, he probably would say it would be worth it? But now, it's sad to see the guy can't even remember the past 30secs of his life.

Nigel Benn v Chris Eubank in 1993 was one of the greatest fights ever IMO - those guys were slugging each other non stop for 12 rounds right from the get-go. I think Eubank won on points in the end.
