There's a lot of piano playin' songbirds playing clubs like that one on the lower eastside of Manhattan. You just never know who will make it.

Are there any decent new acts out there? Seems like all the "pop" stuff is shit. Can't remember the last time I bought a new album, probably been a couple of years, maybe 3 or 4.

i don't think the majority of people actually buy this crap at all...............consta nt playing it on radio stations is what eventually makes them ''like'' the songs, shit even i know some of the lyrics and hate this kind of crap cause at the place i occasionally work the radio is on all the time........it's called brainwashing...........a nd if you're open minded you'll eventually succumb to it

yes i think youre right on the money. i believe that any tune can be liked if it is repeated more than enough. mtv is king on brainwashing young people. i hope they will be put on jail one day. there partly responsible for generation nothing.
