That seems somewhat of a conspiracy theory IMO.
We're having the swine flu discussion going on right now over here, and currently there are only six countries in the EU that will offer vaccine to all of their citizens, Sweden being one of these countries.
Some say the vaccine isn't necessary.
They started the mass administration yesterday, and I guess we will see come March or April whether it was the better macro economic choice.
