Bodybuilding has become such a joke. What is it Wolf said...."He loaded me wrong" or something to that effect? Let's face it, its not who the better "guru" is, its who has the better backyard chemist. I wouldn't trust any of these self proclaimed "gurus". Nothing like playing Russian rulette with yourself.

What should those gurus know what an experienced bodybuilder could not have learned himself after a few competitions?
For trying different things and failing 50% of the time, you certainly don't need a guru.
Maybe someone who honestly tells you if you're not on track during the prep but that's about it.
