Baucus: All Dems Behind Healthcare Bill

The senator from Montana is now predicting unanimous Democratic support for a final bill. "Every Democrat will vote for national health-care reform," Baucus told the Associated Press, adding that he expected "at least one Republican and maybe a couple more who also will vote for it."

Which bill?  There are 5 of them right now.  One problem is that the version of the Baucus bill may not be the final bill.
Also, please refer to the 'Nuclear Option'/ reconciliation thread, this is a huge announcement that is bad for us.  Debate, negotiation and compromise is usually in the best interest of the people.  Rangel pushing reconciliation stops any compromise and debate between the parties.

Why can't some of you understand this is not reform vs. no reform?  That's a partisan misleading ploy to get a public option/gov ran bill passed.

Im too lazy to post it, but for anyone who wants a good chuckle- check out the NY Post Op Ed by Rich Lowery from today. The Dems are really cutting off their nose to spite their face on this one. They want to pass healthcare at all costs to tow the party line, but once they do and Americans take notice of what a catastrophe the Baccus bill is, the backlash is going to be severe and the majority of these mopes will be out of a job come the next election cycle.

I really don't know what is more comical-- the former admins constant misteps, miscues, miscalculations and overall stupidity Or the overwhelmingly delusional, naieve and dishonest nature of this administration and the Democratic Congress.

They are really as dumb, irresponsible and reckless as Bush's admin was, the only difference is that the clowns in this circus sound more polished and don't have a Texas drawl when they speak.
