Lookin at that video I'm pretty impressed. I wasn't so impressed back then with him. I think that says something about the conditioning we've been accustomed to seeing these days.

ya Paul has those "pumper" genetics like Arnold, i thought Paul had it all until the back poses, he's all trap, and no lower back, kinda looked sad. RUHL is jus a freak, plain and simple, he'll never b top 5, but sure is cool to watch!

Agreed, although, Melvin Anthony looked impressive back then--he had promise, but never delivered

How sad in only 7-8 short years bodybuilding hasn't improved at all, i sometimes forget what real conditioning looks like, then i see this and i remember, everyone looked great. Definitely ruhl's best showing.
