IFBB ban a little guy for two years for GH use "Rhommel Pardilanan"

He got a two year suspension from all Sport and IFBB competitions when they found that his doctor was injecting him with GH.How can they ban a little guy who was using because of his height???

It's not like he was ever going to pass the strict IFBB drugs testing.He has never been higher than 15th at the IFBB Worlds so why not let the little guy compete.
