Great control, was able to move the batters to the inside with high fastballs and shit then punish them with that slider.

Hard to beat when he's on like that.

I love this game.

I am more a baseball guy than a football fan.

I am more a baseball guy than a football fan.

I like the small ball aspect of the game that's developed since the whole McGwire/Sosa/Bonds thing.

Baseball just have more dimensions to it these days IMHO.

Nobody was a bigger Cleveland Indians fan than me back in 1995-1996 when they absolutely tore up every ballpark there was.

But I gotta say I like see the way players aren't even trying to hit it out anymore, mostly just trying to hit spots in the outfield.

As empty as paradise

Dont take from CC either.  He pitched like a beast last night.
Since that guy makes millions a year and only works once every five days, is it asking too much for him to show up in shape?

That is his shape. He would probably be an offensive guard in the NFL if he wasn't a pitcher.

Plus-- he doesnt have to bat unless hes in the world series so all he has to do is field his position and throw the ball once a week.

Babe Ruth wasn't in shape either--lol

If his shape helps him pitch the way he does, im ok with that.
