I have had the same diet for about a month if I remember correctly, at atleast. I have lost a good amount of BF because I found the right amount of workout load I can do while not overstraining my CNS. I keep losing BF, downside is I feel really cold in the mornings and feel like I losing counciesness if I get out of the chair really fast some times.
I'm still doing the 7 to 8 meals per day. Soon I'm going to do cardio again. Feels really good so far what I'm doing.
