Hi, I was in the club the other night and started up a conversation about bodybuilding. (no homo) I asked this guy what supplements he is taking and he said the secret is ALA - Alpha Lipoic Acid. Will this really have that much of an effect on how big you get ?

actually its almost been a year lol... I weigh 170lb @ about 10% bf six pack shows.. I need to building up on my body weight exercises though.. Sometimes I also get shoulder pains with shoulder(dumbbell) exercises .
