Incredible benchpresser. He will probably never get into competing, but it would be interesting to see how he would do.

He had a state title at 19. 600 lbs, not raw. He then grabbed a pair of underwear and entered his first bb competition at the same venue.

Just found my childhoodfriend at youtube doing this. He recently won the European Campionship in benchpress IPF in -100kg. Strong sucker, always been strong. With or without training in the gym. I remember once, when he took a break from training 2 moths, when he was around 17 years old 85kg. The first workout session after his 2 month break he tried 150kg close grips bench and pushed it easy.

Walk into any gym and tell me how many people can even bench 225? But I forgot, this is getbig and everyone can bench 500 for reps and are multi millionaires/billionaires.

Since you benched 315 for 6 at 20, I assume you can bench 405 for 10 drug free now, correct?

Dude, that isn't that great. I dunno, maybe because these days we don't see many guys even benching 3 plates in the gym. Atleast I don't see it as much so I guess it seems like a big deal but back then it wasn't anything to write home about.

For the record, I don't touch 315 at all anymore. I got up to 315 for 12, and 365 for 8 -- not natural though. That was years ago.
