Monster Meals, Metabolic Effect?
« on: October 18, 2009, 02:57:16 PM »
What effect do monster size meals have on your metabolic rate?

 ???

Considering the fact that the Japaneses hot dog eating champ, forget his name, literally eats a bucket of rice a day to train, and he is lean as hell.  Same with Joey Chestnut...

For a while now, I've been unintentionally eating one giant meal a day (with smaller meals later in the day), and I'm staying lean without much effort.

Quote
Napoleon complex is a colloquial term describing an alleged type of inferiority complex which is said to affect some people, especially men, who are short in stature. The term is also used more generally to describe people who are driven by a perceived handicap to overcompensate in other aspects of their lives.
