Hi gh!
I need your help.
I read a thread with Disgusted a while back constructing cycles that should have 30:70 androgenic to anabolic ratio. So for example, 300mg test and 700mg eq.
I have also heard this from another "pro guru" stating that you want your body in a more anabolic state than androgenic.
My question is, do you beleive this is correct or does testosterone ALWAYS have to be more than the anabolic? Why?
I am 226lbs @ around 15% depending on water retention that day and I have been following the 30:70 test to anabolic ratio with 300mg test and 700mg EQ since i heard now from 2 "pro gurus".
I have been stuck at this weight for a while now.
How can i progress? Am i on the right track or is there something you would change with my cycle?
Please dont show name gh15 and thankyou!

depends on your individual responds to hormones,,depends on wether you use or dont use growth ,,the main rule in bodybuilding is if you do not use gh the testosterone needs to be higher than the other anabolics,,not to forget that testosterone is very very anabolic more than eq more than all the rest in reality testosterone is highly anabolic highly androgenic,,,the time to play with the testosterone levels is when you have growth hormone in system,,in reality if only using aas reduction of testosterone = resudction in thickness of muscle no matter what anabolic you use,,
testerone is what we humans are made of ,,it is everything ,,it is absolutely everything when it comes to the male muscle hormone,,all the rest are nice additions,,now its possible to do cycle with out testosterone but you will never get the THICKNESS you are looking for and you all looking for branch warren kind of thickness in a smaller version ,,,for that testosterone is key and always should remain moderate to high in cycle,,i more recomend to play with testosterone easter rather than reduction of testosterone
