I once read an interesting interview with Chad Nicholls..

If I recall he said something like: "Dexter's is a good BB but his placing depends on if the other guys are in shape or not.."

And I do agree with Chad - Dexter is always on the money but as we all know, bodybuilding has regressed a lot in the past 5-6 years and therefore he can place top 3...

You can't guarantee that Cutler will come in sharp next year. If he does, he's the man to beat; if he doesn't, he will lose to Jackson again.

Now after I have listened to the PBW I don't think his opinions were hateful, to be honest.

He was right about Jay being smaller and his back had lost some size - but he didn't mention that Jay's physique was waaaay better as for the rest.

He handled the interview in a professional way, of course the guy is pissed off - even Branch demolished him.

OMG! Dexter had a rough year doing cardio and was fully commited the whole year and what visual changes could be seen? NONE.

In 2006, yes, but in 2001, Ronnie was maybe 5% off his best shape and Jay (nearly) beat him.

also franco never had a real chance to beat arnold, his goal was always to win the "short class".. it's only after arnold retired he had a hope to win the overall!..

Dexter, coming into a show sliced, is a given (hence his nickname, "The Blade"). It's just that he's older; so he has to do cardio, as opposed to skipping it the way he did in his younger years.

I want to see this great condition Dexter was in. Quad stragnations (those that Jay has), christmas tree, that slice between upper and lower pec...I think he's conditioning is overrated. But I would like to see those things I listed.
