I think the difference between for example Jay and Paco is mostly due to Jay holding more water/fat than Paco. And Jay would need more vascularity in order to achieve that "grainy" look .. but the genes play a big role in that.

There are only a couple of factors which determine how hard/ripped/grainy you look.

Bodyfat
Water
amount of muscle
amount of blood vessels

So I think it's possible for a natural to look just as hard/grainy as a juicer if all of the factors above are in check. Ok except for the vascularity .. naturals just usually don't get huge veins everywhere.
