I'm watching The Rehab at the Hardrock Cafe show and some bitch is complaining, yelling and literally crying cause she only received a 200.00 tip vs a 600.00 as a Cabana cu nt. The Cabana was 3k and she wanted 20% gratuity...She said she had to pay her bills.

First off ya fuckin' cu nt, A tip is a fuckin' privilege. This bitch made a ghey that spent 3k feel like shit because she didn't get a 20% tip.
Being in Vegas and having a huge service industry people bitching about tips is common. The most I ever tip is 12%. I feel after a certain dollar amount tipping gets outrageous. The dirty whore got fired at least.

I'd dare someone to question a tip cause the first thing I'd do is curse them out, then slap the shit out of them or clean their clock. When did tips become a right? If the business wants to give the employees more money they need to include it in the cost. Bitches today are outrageous. The company pays you a salary or hourly to do a job. (Unless you're a stripper or bartender).

Here in Vegas you don't need a high school diploma and you can make 60-70k a year in tips as a valet or cocktail waitress. I make the same thing and I have a damn degree and actually work. :X

I hate all this tipping shit you have to do in the states. I mean yes, in certain circumstances here in Aus you leave a tip, but over there you fucking have to tip everyone for everything.....

If the chick needs to pay her bills, then she needs to find a better job. A tip, is just that, a tip...it is not a right...It's kinda like how women expect one to open the door for them, once you do, they don't say thank you. So, they expect you to open the door, just like people expect a tip...these are are called courtesies...they are not be expected.

Great point Webcke. I almost forgot to mention in all my worldly travels in the last 10 years, tipping is very different. In Germany it's not even 10% and in Korea it's considered an insult to tip.

While I agree with you to a point, it seems obvious that you're lamenting the fact that you've poorly negotiated your own salary.

Not talking about the skank being discussed, but as for tipping, don't forget the waiters/waitresses, etc... as they are most often not even paid minimum wage and tips are factored into what they take home. If you get bad service, I can understand, but a decent tip should be factored into dining out.

I can see tipping a waitress, considering in the States they are often paid under minimum wage, but I agree with you that tipping in the United States is out of control. Everybody expects a damn tip. What is worse is when they factor the tip into the bill. This takes power right out of the consumers hand. What if your service is horrible, there is nothing you can do about it.

When I was visiting London a few years ago the bartender said something along the lines of "Where in the states are you from?" without me saying a word....she knew because I tipped when getting drinks.

Huh? I'm very happy with my pay especially considering I was living with my parent 6 months ago and the unemployment rate here is nuts. My salary has nothing to do with it. I'm comparing a job that requires a college degree and and job were you're a server. Not too many places in the states where a server is going to make that much.

I was serious. A month ago I came off my antidepressants after 5 years. Doc said I should try. I feel great. Problem is all my emotions are magnified. I'm sure everything will even out. While I was on I really didn't feel anything and got used to the numb feeling (not cool).

Watched the show last night and while she was over the top being a bitch about wanting a tip, I think she did have something of a point.
The guy spent 3k on the cabana, and left her a $200 tip. She was always money hungry, and every episode she appeared in, she was always saying "Money this...money that...I need to pay my bills." I watched one of the shows where she said she made over $500 in tips for that one afternoon! What the fuck kind of bills do you have that if you make that every Sunday, PLUS being a school teacher full-time, and that's not enough?! Shit...
Wiggs, you would know, do waitresses make any base pay or is their pay solely off tips? That would be a serious consideration to me. Because if she's strictly off tips, then working the entire day and getting a $200 tip from him, in which you then have split with the bartender and the cabana boy (7.5% each I think they said), then that leaves you with nothing for your entire days work.
But she was over the top about forcing the issue.
And I was hoping Matt would get fired, that guy is a prick!

This topic, although no where near as serious, could be up there with abortion and same sex marriage discussions when it comes to amount of times it's discussed. I feel a wai-ter/tress should be tipped in the states since they don't make minimum wage in most cases so they depend on that tip, but if I know they make more than minimum wage and still expect a tip then it better be the best fucking service i've ever had for me to leave even a small tip. I've traveled around a bit and liked the service in Japan, and in their culture it is not a common thing to tip. Bangkok on the other hand was the "give me a hand out" capital of the world. People wanted tips for the dumbest shit.

Hmmm...be careful dude. If you find your symptoms coming back there are other antidepressants that don't make you feel so emotionless. But you might have to find one that works best for you. They seem to have different affects on different people.

Some places add the tip onto the bill.Probably what the Hard Rock should do to get all the bitching out of the way. When you have bunch of aggressive women, there will be trouble. Some places pool the tip money and is split when a shift is done. Tip's should depend on the service and quick attention you get. Like a sliding scale from very good to very bad. Not a right by any means for a waiter/waitress, got to earn the bucks. Only tip I might give to a bad, indifferent waiter/waitress is to get another job. Exceptional ones, 20%.

Thanks friend. I have no problem going back on if I had to. I really do feel great. I'm also losing weight. I guess one of the side effects was weight gain. My sex drive is back but I'm like a 14 year old. My cock is so sensitive now 2 min and I'm done. It's funny as hell. One of the side effects while on was loss of sex drive and difficulty climaxing. I just thought I was getting old. I have these weird brain zap things going on where it feels like vertigo and nausea at the same time for a second. They are becoming less frequent.
