Good idea, SH, but I think a lot of us are "getting theraphy" simply by saying what we have to say.

I don't think that anyone with a bit of intelligence finds it too difficult to "analyze" an individual simply by reading what that individual has to say or expresses on this GetBig Board.

I've read enough GetBig postings and have enough of an education and loads of lifetime experience to certify that a good numer of us GetBiggers are certifiably NUTS!

GetBig has theraputic value in itself simply by being GETBIG!

But in this case the patients control the nuthouse!

I notice having no pump, almost completely

relaxed, especially in the Serratus anterior and external oblique area

& I used the term "Go 4 It" because thats how I believe life should be lived to the fullest, always believe in myself and my ability, never give up on what I'm passionate about and believe in, ..when I look back at my life I want to have zero regrets. Thats what "Go 4 It" for me stands for..

i tend to stay clear of formal occasions. more of a skid row kinda guy. beer in the garage. the watches are kinda my one out of the norm item. steel toed boots, dirty jeep, big freak dog, and nice watch.
