my oil on spoon discover

i discovered this tonight
i was eating my nightly meal of sardines, spinnach, and extra vir olive oil
usually i drink the spoonful of oil cuz if u out it on the salad then it gets on the plate and u gotta lick the plate,and u miss some, etc etc etc
i found that after u drink the spoonful of oil, u take your spinnach leaves and wipe the spoon w em and eat the soaked leaves
works great

Ever since i implemented these marvelous "advices" my strength has increased 15%, and i can't my time in the 40 meter to 4.257, a personal best for me..Thanks gene

plus i don't have to lick the plate and  waste good oil
