sorry man i was teasing you about having issues taking a dump

well today i experienced immense suffering from skipping only 1.5 days of not eating my kale greens

well i payed the price, it felt like a baseball bat lodged in my true anus after takeing a seeminly fine dump.

So words of wisdom

never go a day without dark greens

especially if you want to consume TONS of protien from yeast and whey and jonney style protiens.

Sometimes while taking a shit the first turd goes easy, but then it starts to hurt so fucking much its not even funny,

I always think Im gonna have to kill myself if it doesn't pass because I couldn't handle the pain for days, But after a while the next turd comes out
