Take a four day hike over some part of the Pacific Crest Trail. (I suggest the Yosemite area.)
Take needy kids to the circus.
Take those warm clothes you never wear anymore and pass them out to those people living under the freeway. They may not appreciate it, but YOU will.
Visit an old folks home and start a conversation with that old guy in the cornor. Let him talk about his life and sit back and enjoy a fascinating experience. (Never fails.)
Get a chocolate shake at In n Out and a protein burger with onions and get sloppy.
Tell someone thanks for all you've got but merely have forgotten.
Get this all done and within a week or two, you may not need them pills no more!
