So once you pick a random number, it's no longer random?

Interesting point for those involved in the manufacturing of casino computer chips where some slot cheats have been discovered with the capability of manipulating them.

Roulette "numbers" fall "randomly" but even then, the number with the fewer chips (or no chips at all) on it, usually is the "random" winner.
