Yes, in all fairness I am quite lanky. I remember you posted pics somewhere.. would you mind posting them again with your current stats (height,weight) so we can compare? Even though it probably doesn't need to be said I never touched a drug in my life. I don't know about you.

i am only 171 cm and my weigh is always around 75 kg..

i never ever even saw bb drugs in my life!!..

i know it's very hard or may be impossible to gain good muscles when you are over 190 cm with long joints.. if God created me like this i would never try to be a bb,.. a basketball or volleyball player would fit me more.. of course it's good you go to the gym to improve your body but it's not good to post your pics when you look like that :P

Cool thanks. Do I even need to tell you that you're not carrying significantly more muscle mass than me? And you've been working out for 2-3 times longer than I have? I'm just curios how awesome someone like I is supposed to look. Ah well.

lol but dont say 2-3 times more or so because for example in my early 20s i was better than now!.. i feel good just to maintain an ok shape till today while most of my friends who once looked good look bad now (busy with work, got married.. etc)!!..
