You don't move thousands of troops quietly and he didn't promise more to come.  He's only stated that he'll make a decision when he's comfortable that he's made the correct decision.  When that will be...suppose your guess is as good as mine, but I think he needs to hurry.

Bush wasn't doing that on 09/10 and they still decided to kill thousands of Americans.  

Blaming Bush for increased AQ recruitment is something you just can't back with solid proof.  There may have been some contribution, but for all we know they could be using Obama's change in missile policy as a stance against Islam for recruitment.  The real fact of the matter is that even the "experts" aren't sure on what motivates Jihadists.  Economics?  Peer Pressure?  Islamic belief?  All of the above?  CADS has some great theories on it, but they're just that - theories.  

If you haven't noticed, AQ could care fuck all about Obama or what he has to say.  These guys just want to kill Americans.  Period.  They don't give a fuck if your left, right, middle...
