It amazes me how so many people will chime in and say personal training is nothing more than counting reps. In some cases they'd be right, that's all many trainers do and because of them they make the whole profession look like a joke. For a good trainer though there is so much more involved in it than simply counting reps. I'm not standing here sayings it's the most difficult job in the world or anything like that but to be a successful trainer it does actually take a functioning brain.
As for Steve himself, he's a good guy and those that don't know him should lay off because their assumptions are pretty outright ridiculous. Of course this is getbig.com and no matter how good of a person someone is, no matter what success or failures they endure, the tone is always the same and that tone is a resounding chime of a mass of people who are naturally ripped and huge but they'd never consider bodybuilding because they don't have time to spare from counting their millions and laying pipe to every dime piece on the planet, lol! Long live the getbig self-proclaimed god of life that dwells here in massive numbers, lol!
