It depends. But here in the Tampa Bay area usually the rates around from $50 to $100 and so per hour... I have seen many guys do personal training here for more than $100 per hour and they have nothing to do with bodybuilding at all.  ::)

Just to let you know, being a bodybuilder does not make you automatically a personal trainer and it certainly doesn't make it an automatic $100+ an hour person

You missed the point but anyway thank you so much the advice I'll print it and put it on the wall in front of my bed to see it every time I wake up.

Yes, BB is not rocket science, and if you add the right amount of steroids, it's really ridiculous to spend money on a PT.

I think his clients are rather schmoes or old ladies than people that want to train.

Edit: Steve just wants to make some money in the daytime as well.

Are you saying you finally figured out that you spend a lot of money on stuff you already knew with Milos and now you want to find some idiot that you can play the same trick on?

Nice try.

Are you saying that 12 protein shakes during a workout is not necessary?

What's definitly not necessary is spending 100$$+ for a workout.  ;D

Please my retarded friend show my post where I wrote that I charge $100+ for a workout...

But if you didn't find it feel free to go to tube8 and let's do the only meaningful 2 minutes of your today's activity.

Stupid to waste your money like this.

You can get training advice for free on the internet, or buy a book. Then you can spend 100$$ on someone making your personal diet plan and you're set. The only thing left is motivation. If you need someone pushing you, a training partner will do.

When you train 5 times with a PT, you have spend 500$$ and achieved nothing.

So you are saying you were an idiot for ten years?

Tell me, what were the amazing new things you learned? Not to eat soup when you bulk, or that 2-week-cycles of 200mg Dianabol are bullshit?

Who said i only take internet advice? I do train with a trainer, but i don't pay him. He works at the gym and helps people, it's his job.

And btw, "oh brother", how about answering my questions??

What amazing things did you learn?? How to adjust the bench for benchpressing right? How to slip T3 to your fat girlfriend to make her smaller?

epic evading to tell us your "special knowledge" you got from your PT.

I can see that someone can have a good time training with a PT, if the PT is good at what he does, or even more if the PT is someone you admire or look up to, but in the end bodybuilding is about lifting weights and eating right, and NO Pt in the world can change that.

If you're not a complete noob, there's nothing a PT can teach you that you couldn't learn otherwise. Maybe your form when lifting, but that's it.

You actually prove this by not being able to tell me what it was exactly that you didn't learn in ten years that some PT told you.

from Ron Love I learned how to train real hard while using preexhaustion to help balance all bodyparts ..how to stay symetric

how to train PROPERLY and stimulate growth at the highest possibl rate

how to diet for a show

how to eat during off season

how to recover better

how to use drugs to get the desired outcome

what you call building your body and what I call bodybuilding are 2 diff things my"friend"

and we can easily illustrate this by posting pics for comparison ( when I was clean at 180 lbs )

3 paragraph dodging the challenge in 3..........2..1
