I took a powernap yesterday at about 7 to 8, and because of that I laid looking into my roof until like 5 in the morning, and 6.30 I woke up and one side on the sheets were soked and I have no idea why, cold sweating I guess? almost below freezing outside and I always sleep with the window open.

I masturbated like 6 fucking times yesterday without it hurting, So I think I can have sex now. Im Probably having a 16 yr old coming over next weekend, but its halloween, so dont know it it will happen.

and it 12.22 here in the day right now =)

GB is the only forum thats alive at this times lol.

have you tried smoking cannabis and sleeping after?

my main problem is that I NEEEEEVER feel rested.

2 hours sleep or 12 hours, doesn't matter, I have the same feeling inside my body anyway.. never ever rested..
My sister apparently has the same problem, its not fun at all

Had sleeping issues years ago - brain chemicals were out of whack... took medication - gone...

The feeling of not being well rested after sleeping is another matter... I feel pretty fatigued all the time...

ive had that my entire life, probably why I did so shitty in school.

Everyone else felt rested after a few weeks period or whatever, didn't make any difference at all for me
