I hate the tether footage for the simple fact that no intelligence is shown in the movement of the objects.  Light can play tricks on the camera.  You start dealing with charged particles and a charged tether, the tricks could be even more.  There are simply to many possible answers.  I have to agree with Edgar Mitchell on this one.

Now, Toxic, maybe you can help me out with this.  Back in maybe the 90's ?, I don't remember when for sure, it was a long time ago, I was watching a live Nasa feed.  There was an object traveling over the horizon of the earth and then out of the blue an object from earth heading at it at high speed.  Right before, and I mean right before the object from earth was about to hit the object in orbit, the object in orbit shot off faster than hell and the object coming from earth just past through the spot it was just at.  I wasn't the only person who saw it.  I think I remember it being talked about on Art Bell.  I've since tried to find the footage of that and can't.  I found some video where they say a plasma weapon is being fired at a ufo, but that is not the same footage and not nearly as impressive and looks rather random.  If you know of an upload of what I'm talking about, I would love to see that again.  If I remember right, Nasa went to a delayed feed after that.  things that show intelligence like that are way more impressive to me.

that looks a little like the footage I was thinking of.  I remembered it different but that might be it.  On the video you recommended I watch entirely, I've watched the whole thing twice.  I'm not impressed, at all...  What is the most impressive to me of all the material out there is credible accounts from multiple eye witnesses.  There are several of those.  The night last year on Larry King was a thousand times better than the tether footage.  The accounts from the Rendlesham incident, along with others.  I would leave the highly questionable material and just focus on the most credible material.  And even the most credible material has skeptics making up incredible bullshit to excuse, why on earth focus on the stuff that provides the most avenues to attack?

I believe the pilots, astronauts, law enforcement etc.. who all have everything to lose and nothing to gain by reporting these incidents.

it wouldn't matter today if someone could capture it in HD anyway.  That time is long gone.  With the abilities people have to fake an image today, the time for finding the smoking gun photo is over.  Really IMO the best evidence is when you have a group of witnesses come forward with an extraordinary description.  The several independent people from Phoenix talking about an object the size of a mountain moving over and "blocking out the stars" in a giant triangular shape, even witnessed at the time by the governor.  When several military personell come forward with extraordinary events, one even walking up to a craft on the ground and documenting the strange glyphs on the side and several other military personell validating the event.  Those kinds of things I give a lot more weight.  Just my opinion.  I think Toxic's favorite tether footage is not up on the scale of good evidence.  I mean when you have a NASA astronaut that believes in ET himself shooting it down, why on earth keep posting it like it's good stuff when there are so many other stories out there that really make you think.
