What would the sentence have been in Usa?
« on: October 27, 2009, 11:13:23 AM »
The only thing i REALLY I hate about Sweden which is ALOT better in usa, is our RETARDED fucking legal system.

heres the story,

a 16 yr old girl wants her 16 yr of BF to murder a 15 yr old girl because she thinks shes hitting on him etc,,

Anyway, after months and months of nagging from the slut he finally does it.

Takes the life away from a beautiful innocent 15 yr old girl.

And today he got sentenced..

20 months.. in a youth facility, not even real jail.

What the HELL
fsag
sgd
g
 gd
g

and the slut that made him do it, while in "jail" is allowed to write, talk on the phone, meet family, and a certian chosen friends.

that punk had better hope that innocent girl's father doesn't develop incurable cancer.

Cause i have a feeling he'll be making a justice stop before he checks out...

In the US, the boy would most likely have been tried as an adult.  So, he prob gets life.

I would say the father/brother of the victim would give some much needed poetic justice.....

Great justice system.  ::)

So I'm guessing something like robbing a bank would get you what? 2 or 3 months in prison? Seems like a good trade-off for me.

the reason for the lenient sentence in Sweeden was because he was tried as a juvenile.  my aryan brother swede asked what the result would have been in the US.  i answered his question. are there things queenie?

Was it Sweden where that neo-nazi murdered a guy, got out in like 14 months and then went to medical school on the government's dime? Or was that one of the other countries around there. I remember reading a pretty good article about it in the NYT.

The same lenient sentences are handed out here in Canada. In fact, everything you've described sounds all too familiar. Here the criminals are the victims and the actual victims have no rights.

Fucked up system.

it must suck for the guy to only get 20 months, hes safer in prison than outside probably. i would find him if it were my sister or daughter.
