whats everyone use for their pct

Lets do a basic cycle of test/ deca  12 wks
                                 test/eq      16 wks
                                 test/ dbol   12 wks

this is good for newbies to the game because i feel alot of ppl dont do the right thing for pct

I go old school.

21-28 days
50mg clomid
20mg nolva

Very basic.  works for me.  but i think im gonna have to start switching it up.

I always took 10,000ius at the end of my cycle to help jump start my nuts much faster...but now I would opt for taking hcg throughout the cycle...take it on mondays and thursdays at 500ius to help prevent the leydig from dying...then at the end of ur cycle run the clomid and nolvadex

Agreed, run the HCG on cycle starting from day one and stopping 4 days prior to PCT. The best PCT I have run to date is:

Week 1-6 Aromasin 25mg ed
Week 1-3 Clomid 25-100mg ed (the dose is your choice but 25mg is pleanty)

yes do a thousand ius every week for 12 weeks and than do your normal pct after a week and a half after your last shot of test e

Make sure you split that dose to two 500iu shots. Stop the HCG 4 days prior to starting PCT.


Yes, HCG is important in any cycle that your HTPA is shut down.

Always hear ppl saying they start there hcg towards the last few weeks of there cycle.

Whats the pros and cons of running it from day one to the end

compared to

starting it when ur in week 9 of a 12 wk cycle.

Go for optimum results...run the hcg through the entire cycle

Your HTPA starts to shut down from first injection. Negative feed back loops start as soon as you kick off the cycle, so start the HCG at the first injection and continue all the way through.
