good lighting makes you look good if you are really good but it doesn't create your muscles!!.. here is one in a very normal lighting and not a "kitchen like" lighting

no man i swear, on the contrary in this one which is very recent i was 75 kg (my current weight).. in the kitchen pic. i was may be 77 kg and that was months ago!!.. i look better now, my arms are more or less the same but my abs is better now.. so may be good lighting makes me look worse

you didnt answer me about the lighting in this pic.

I am Sherief Shalaby from Egypt and I have made this page as a simple tribute to one of the best bodybuilders ever Nasser El Sonbaty..

In 1995 when I was 16 years old I drew a pic. of Nasser and sent to his address via post with a letter saying how much I was inspired by him.. Now and after all these years I am still inspired by him!!..

Nasser was born in Germany on Oct. 15, 1965 to an Egyptian father and Yugoslavian mother.. He has 2 brothers and 2 sisters..

It's cool to have an idol and someone to look up to for inspiration... but I don't get why shalaby would be so infatuated by Nasser when he was juiced to the fuckin gills and sherief himself is a dedicated natural? Nasser was good at drugs which is not a bad skill in itself, but I would draw inspiration from someone else, personally. Natural and juiced BBing are two completely different dimensions. Not hating, just curios.
