If Derek has aids, and he spat in someone's face- anyones., and lets say that person tested positive for the virus later. Wouldnt he be risking a manslaughter or second degree murder charge...maybe even first as it could arguably be intended.

if it aint manslaughter or murder, surely a HIV infected person spitting at someone else's face is a serious crime?
