Ursus is over 19stone in my opinion.Im over 18and a half stone,not fat,and im 5'10,hes what 6'3 and huge so he must be

i thought he wasn't 19 stone yet - i thought he was 20lbs off it from his posts - and that he was going to reach 19 stone by putting on 20lbs of muscle on his legs alone.

he won't get any bigger without gear imo unless he's willing to get fat.

Okami I am 17st 4lbs atm and a lil over 6'3. I reckon I could easily add 20-30lbs of lean mass to my frame while at my current b/f levels - cheers for the props though.

I am 23. i have 15 good years of lifting left. My legs are awful through lack of training and my diet is poor. Hell I could probaly be 18stone by January at a decent b/f level

i think you have good legs for a guy as tall as you.

1 cycle of test, maybe 2 would get you to 19 stone with less fat than you are carrying now - if you truely are a natural as you claim.

some pics of you i think you have definately used gear while others i believe you havn't.

either way you are a beast.

am i correct in thinking it was the tried and trusted 5x5 workouts you used to attain your mass ? and only ever take 120g of protein a day due to your kidney ?

Yes - sort of.

UI recently bumoped protein up in past 2 months Id say and have added 7lbs - I also cut downm training to 4x week and am getting better results.

so on average how many grams of carbs/fats/protein do you eat a day? what was it like untill the recent change?

wern't your workouts were based on riptoe/madcow 5x5 ? 5sets of 5 reps? powerlifting rather than bodybuilding?

do you use pre/post workout nutrition ? how about creatine ?

7lbs of weight. Of all that 2lbs was probaly muscle. rest was prob water glycogen etc and a bit muscle memory from when I stopped leg training. TBH I think i was overtrained for a long time.

I'm 257...even if I was on gear....I put on 40lbs more than he did at the same exact height. But he has the better genetics  ::) ::)

I dont count or restrict my carbs fat. Quite easily Id exceed 400-500g of carbs a day - however a lot of this was sugary carbs and crap

The last year or 2 it was focused a lot on high weight low reps (relatively) and a lot of sets. I have since changed it to more 8-12 rep sets - maybe as low as 5 reps on a few sets at the start of workout then its all reps.

pre worlout i have bananas and a protein shake. after i eat my lunch before i start work
