My last bench workout I did 335 X 7 with another two forced
I don't deadlift....I do partials with 365 for sets of 12, I think heavy deads ruin your lines
Last squat workout (40 mins ago) i got 425 for 8 clean, but I do extensions and leg curls first, then squat.
This right here is one reason a person without an agenda could believe I'm natty....i don't throw big weight around for a guy my size.
I'm not weak, but 255 geared up would be stronger i think
