Great with cocktail sauce, Tabasco, and lemon juice - raw or occasionally fried. Fried is also good on a "Po-Boy", particularly in combination with other seafood such as fried shrimp, frog legs (taste like chicken), crab, etc. Again, condiments like cocktail sauce, Tabasco, lemon, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, spicy mustard, tartar sauce, etc really compliment them when fried.

I live on the coast of florida and eat them fresh off the boat weekly during the winter months. I don't really care if they are good for me or not, they are so delicious ;D
