Just had a LaCross player hit a 4.67 at the Adidas combines this past summer. He's now has scholorship offers from 4 different colleges including Duke and LMU...he's a senior this year.

I just get irritated when people try to compare bodybuilders (high level) to athletes. Remember when Milos almost had his leg amputated from a 25 yard sprint when he was "trying out his new shoes" because he thought he was an "athlete"?

Let's go ahead and tone it down a couple notches, Joe.

You are getting way out there with some of these ridiculous statements as of late.

Ok, not amputation....just reconstructive knee surgery. Is that better?

Whatever.

You know damn good and well that Milos would smoke you in a 40 yard sprint.

And that is taking into account his bodybuilding lifestyle and you with all those useless "hops and bounces" you make all your "clients" perform.

I'm not concerned about rep speed or bouncing, but what was the most reps done with 225 with a complete range of motion?

Coleman off season was in the 310-320 range right? He probably never went above 10% BF.  Imagine him on an NFL offensive line. He'd be a brick wall.

He is what, 5'10" ?  People would just hop over that brick wall

Levrone holding his own there.  Not all BB'rs are like Levrone though, but there are a few guys who could easily hold their own against "athletes" just as Leverone proves here.

FAIL!!

He only did 8 or 9 full reps while the rest are partial..

so the truth is 63/2 = 32 reps + 9 = 41 reps!!

FAIL!!

theres not a single good rep there

theryre not even half reps

add the fact he's boucing the weight and theres no way he can claim 72 reps

I would guess he is good for 25 full reps but that is being generous.

I'm ready ANYTIME  he is!

You're SO full of shit, Joe.

Milos has asked you for YEARS to show up to his gym, for seminars, to talk, train...there's been threads here going on for pages about you backing down for one reason or another.

It's like you have a list of X amount of excuses and every time Milos comes on here and asks you to meet with him, you find some possible way to not be able to go.

And now you're saying you're ready any time? Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Hey youngblood, were talking 40 times right??

You can talk about whatever it is you would like.
Since you've been proven to repeatedly not show up, it's not like the subject will change whether you show up or not.
So, be it benching 225x72, running 40yds, or just getting you to walk into the Koleseum Gym with Milos there....the result will more than likely be the same- you won't do it.
Prove me wrong, please. Smiley
