Hes got that healthly in-shape look we should all be striving for. Why does every guy nowadays look like they are about to explode and die? Isnt the superheavy class REALLY weak right now though? The guy who won the USA's was a joke so it might be Robert's lucky day. He can win the Nats then never be heard of again in the pros. Then again, didnt he do the USA's? IDK, hes big and everything but it just seems like there isnt anyone with great genetics AND great structure anymore. Just superdosed freaks.

Robert doesnt have a weak body part, and doesnt have a distended stomach.
The only he really lacked was conditioning and detail.This is something we have been working on.His faced is so sucked in right now and he is getting harder and harder everyday
.Plus he has no synthol any where in his body its all muscle.
Robert is only 31 years old, he still has time go become a great pro.Most bodybuiders incuding myself didnt peak unti my mid 30's.
Robert is new to bodybuiding, but in his 3rd year got 3rd in the USA's while being on a strong anti-biotic for a infection.Most guys cant even make top 5 at the national level, I know I couldnt.I didnt have the genetics or structure for it.
As for me being gay, im sorry to dissappoint you fellas, but I am happily married and I am straight.So keep you homesexual fantasies of me being gay to yourself.
What you do in the bedroom is your buissness lets keep it that way, lol

No,,he doesnt have a body like Nasser, his arms are much bigger, plus Robert has no oil in his amrs and delts like Nasser did.
Pus Nassers arms were weak, compared to his torso.Granted nasser was one of the biggest bodybuiders Next to Dorian Yates, his arms werernt very impressive.
Robert has 24" arms off season 23" on stage.

Stavios, I dont think anybody has seen Robert in shape, so its not a fair comparison.I know before Zack Khan started working wih Dorian Yates he was just a big smooth guy, then this year he nailed it and looked great.
I know Zack doesnt have 24" arms 22" calves or 32" wheels, so Robert has the size, he just needed the conditioning.
So that what we been working on.Before he never planned for a show, if you fail to plan you plan to fail.He never ate structed or even weighed and measured his food.Now he is a a very strict regiman.
Right now at 3 weeks out his bodyfat is ower then its ever been his face is very sucked in and he is getting harder by the day.
So when Nationals comes around in just under 3 weeks if Robert nails it like he should I thiink Zack Khan fans may be a lil shocked.
He has the size of a pro, but now he wil have the conditioning and detail of a pro.

Just let this guy step on stage in a few weeks and let his physique do the talking.

Its cool to post up gym pics and give us updates, but comparing him to pros is absurd, he doesnt even have a pro card FFS, and this is the most stacked super heavy class in a long time.

Hes going to have all he can handle with cedric mcmillian, fat face boy, lunch trey and a few others who are doin that show. Once he beats these guys, gets his pro card and is ready to step on a pro stage then we can talk about comparing him to pros.

This is not a good pic of Robert.It was taken at Mr USA,'s .At the time he realy didnt have a diet plan and was on Anti-biotics.
So he was holding water.Right now he is 3 weeks out and is alot leaner and harder.
Because of the anti-biotics his weight tumbled to 243lbs.
He should step on stage at 255lbs.He was flatt and depleted at USA's.
Right now he is right around 265lbs and is very very lean and hard.
He has the size, he just needed the shape and conditioning.
Which is being handled

It appears from that pic that Robert needs a LOT more delts and he'd be pretty hard to beat (if he's in condition). But he needs like 3X the size on the delts or it's all messed up looking.
