Hey, the Patriots should have won today but they didn't. I hope the Peyton Manning playoff futility version shows up next Saturday night.

I know your being facetious, but the Patriots should have given back all their game checks today. Talk about a beatdown, lol.

I think all the home teams are to cold for the teams that won over the weekend.   SD was hot near the end of the season but they may have cooled off and New Orleans, Indy, and Minn have proven they CAn get beaten.  Respectively Warner looks like an unbeatable qb right now, Baltimore's D looks like they can dismantle Peyton, and I know Dallas knows if everyone does there job its a win.

I wanna see Peyton Manning get his legs broke!! I was rooting for the Ravens also and they only have one player from Michigan on their squad. I hope that the Ravens invest in some WR'S.

Hats off to the Colts defense. They played lights out. The Ravens' have no downfield threat to stretch the defense and all of those dump offs to Ray Rice couldn't make up for it.

Peyton Manning just flat out owns the Ravens, plain and simple.

I'm bummed out but the Colts are obviously the better team. It's all good. But the Ravens will need to make a few changes this year. Their biggest offseason need is a breakout WR with SPEED.

The positives....Ray Rice is a superstar in the making. Joe Flacco will be coming into his third season and should make even bigger strides heading into next season. The O-line has the potential to be the among the best in the league, I truly believe that. Ray Lewis made all-pro and played in all 16 games at age 34. But how much longer can he continue to play at a high level? Derrick Mason's contract is up and he will not be re-signed. Ed Reed is still playing at a high level as well at age 31 but is talking retirement because of numerours ailments.

Lots of changes are coming but the Ravens should be in a position to contend in 2010. Happy to make the playoffs for a second consecutive year and win a playoff game but this season had higher expectations that were not met.

Hopefully, the third year's the charm with Harbaugh's regime.

Remember Musa Smith?

Sure. Played in at the University of Georgia and was drafted by the Ravens in the third round in 2003. Sufferd a nasty compound fracture of his tibia at a game in 2004. ( I was at the game it wasn't pretty.)

Might be still playing if not for tat injury. He's only 27 years old now ut out of the NFL.

What about him?

Yeah....against the Cowboys. Sucked losing him at that point in the season because he was really good on special teams and added depth behing Jamal Lewis. We were smashing the Cowboys in that game, too. Sucks to lose a valuable player on your team for the season in a blowout win.

Roy Williams is a piece of shit. So overrated. His best years were when he was playing alongside Darren Woodson, who covered up all of his mistakes in pass coverage.

There was nothing to smash, its just your luck we always suck when we play Baltimore.   The last time we ever beat any team in Baltimore, I was in the 8th grade.

Don't confuse luck with playing against a better team. The Cowboys were terrible during the 2004 season.

We were in a state of confusion at QB.   Carter (who had a promissing season in 2003)was suppose to start but got in drug trouble. Vinnie was at the end of his road and Romo was still reading play books and watching Favre, Aikman and Montana films. But in defense of my dog ROY,   he was a linebacker who demanded to play safety.  Parcells killed Roy moving Dallas to the 3-4.   Before Bill got there  we were a 4-3 with Roy in the box destroying rbs and Qb's.  Woodson did nothing for Roy that Bates did not do for Woodson.

Ravens re-sign Mason to a 2 year deal. Excellent news. What was once a weakness is looking like a strength. Now they just need to draft Gresham out of Oklahoma and the Ravens will be extremely prolific on offense in 2010.

Still need another pass rusher and a veteran CB to shore up the D. But Ozzie Newsome knows what he's doing.  Can't wait for next season!

I do. Baltimore has always been deserving of a football team. Ever hear of the Baltimore Colts? Yeah...they're now called the Indianapolis Colts. Those fucking hicks even took the Colts name to Indiana. Did we take the Brown's name? No.

We didn't steal anyone's tradition. We simply moved the franchise to another city. And last time I checked, the "mistake by the lake", known as the Cleveland Browns had their football team back.

By the way...looking forward to playing in Dallas' stadium at next year's Superbowl.

Steelers will suck ass in 2010. Don't take this Rapelisberger news lightly. I'm thinking he's going to be in serious trouble when all the facts come out.

keep dreaming, nothing will happen to ben he has the same guy that defended ray lewis

and with a healthy team your ravens still can't compete with the mighty steelers

Ken Hamlin is on the way out because Mike Hamlin is ready to play.   Dallas is the team that made it clear the Saints were really nothing.
