He is good but he will wear down playing the 1..I would move him to a 5 and let him get busy. He isnt the biggest 1/0 tech. 6'4 300...thats a good 3 tech  but for nose. You need a fat shit like Mount Cody or something. I mean he can play it. But i think a few seasons at this will wear him out...


Also..check out a guy from the past named Curly Culp. He is my Grandmothers nephew from AZ State a long time ago. He was the first Nose Tackle in a 3-4 Defense.. Bum Phillips put him there.

Yeah   they ever tried moving Spears to NT.  I think the Saits may be trying for Spears when his price goes down.

Ravens defense looked nasty last night. Offense needs work but they were playing the NFL's top defense last season. The Jets' offense is pathetic, Sanchez is now where close to the real deal at QB.


Ravens defense held the Jets to ONE 3rd down conversion all game. And the one conversion they gave up was late in the 4th quarter with the Safeties playing over the top.


Good win to start the season. Definitely a defensive statement game. Score probably should have been like 17-6 or something but I'll take the win, regardless.

Great win for the Ravens. That's two straight division wins and a big monkey off our back by winning in Pittsburgh. Could care less if not having Ben Rapelisberger play was the reason the Ravens won. A win is a win is a win.

you realize the ravens haven't beaten a big ben steeler team since 2006?

oh and how many times can michael oher go off sides before they finally call off sides?

Like I give a fuck, Earl. As I said before, the Ravens weren't going to get any credit if they won because Fat Boy wasn't playing QB. But if the Ravens would have lost, we got beaten by a 4th string quarterback and we suck.

You would have been just as quick to come on here and gloat if they Ravens would have lost. Typical Steeler fan. See them all the time in every state. I'm the first guy to throw respect towards a good, opposing football team, win or lose. There's nothing that I hate about the Steelers football team per se. Great organization and front office and great coaching. It's the Steeler fans. Most of them are hillbilly white thrash. I almost vomited in my beer everytime the camera showed the Steelers fans in the stands. Holy fucking ugly.......

typical ravens fan, can't talk shit about the greatest organization in football so you call the fans "ugly". i'm so offended like baltimore is home to every playmate of the month ::)

there is no "ravens week" in pittsburgh, but there is a "steeler week" in baltimore ;)
